We offer Islandwide delivery to your doorstep from 6 PM to 10 PM (please note: schedule your cleanse to arrive the day prior to your intended cleanse program start date).
For a 3-Day Cleanse, all your juices will be delivered together on the day preceding the commencement of your cleanse. If you’re embarking on a 5-Day Cleanse, there will be a second delivery on the 3rd day, which includes juices for Days 4 and 5 of your cleanse program. If you have any special requests or need arrangements, please don’t hesitate to contact us or WhatsApp us.
We kindly request that someone be available at the delivery location to receive the package, as fresh juices should not be left unattended. Additionally, ensure that the juices are promptly refrigerated upon receipt.
Our earliest delivery option is next-day delivery. If you require same-day delivery, please contact us by contact us or WhatsApp us.
Refund Policy
At ION+, our top priority is quality. We strive to provide each customer with healthy and delicious juice options. However, we understand that there may be instances where you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase. If this happens, we are committed to assisting you. Refunds will be considered on an individual basis, and the amount refunded may vary based on the feedback we receive. Please be aware that a small processing fee will be charged by the payment processor.
If you encounter any issues with your order, please send us a photo of the products you received via email or WhatsApp.
It’s important to note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
For rescheduling deliveries, please notify us at least 1 day in advance.
If you require same-day delivery, please reach out to us directly. We want to clarify that we do not automatically refund orders based on the assumption of same-day delivery. However, we are more than willing to reschedule your order for your convenience.

The subscription operates on a monthly plan, where we deliver your chosen juices on your preferred date. You won’t need to place multiple orders; a one-time setup is all that’s required.

Subscription payments are billed on a monthly basis. The initial payment is processed immediately when you initiate the subscription order, followed by subsequent monthly payments on the same date.

Can I modify the flavors or cleanse package of my Subscription?
Absolutely, you have the flexibility to make changes. Please inform us at least 2 days in advance before the scheduled delivery if you’d like to make alterations. Additionally, let us know if the changes should apply to all subscription deliveries or only to a specific one.
Is it possible to temporarily pause my subscription? How does this work?
Yes, we can pause your subscription for the desired period and resume it when you’re ready.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can reach out to us at any time to cancel your subscription. However, please note that you would need to complete the current month’s (paid) subscription.
